Clickit, formerly Navendor, is the all-in-one cement e-order application from the Holcim group (Lafarge, Bamburi Cement,...). The app provides full visibility and allows you to place, manage, and track orders, check account balances, pay new bills and view payment history, download proof of payment, track performance against your goals, track performance against your goals, chat with customer service, chat with customer service, view message history, and assign users at any time.
For the Holcim MAQER team that developed the new Clickit application, the biggest challenge was a rapid adoption of the new mobile application. When designing the app, priority was placed on a simplified and intuitive user experience. The result is an app with a lot of new features and a completely redesigned order process.
In order to support a rapid transition between the old PWA (website - Navendor) to the new native application (Clickit), the MAQER team commissioned us to create 6 video tutorials to explain the functionalities of the application simply and visually.
In order to meet the mission that we have given to the Holcim MAQER team, we have identified 6 important functionalities that should be explained in a video tutorial.
Simplicity was at the heart of the design chosen for the tutorial videos. The instructions are displayed on the left of the frame and in parallel a live demonstration of the application on a phone is displayed on the right of the frame. The design also respects the graphic charter of the new Clickit brand. Attention to detail is very important for our teams. In the case of this project, it was important to choose a phone that not only corresponds to the target markets but also that is up to date and corresponds to the Clickit brand. We therefore chose a Samsung phone in favor of an iPhone (which has very little market share in the markets targeted by Clickit). We also chose a recent phone (Samsung A52s) in order to match the novelty aspect wanted by the Clickit brand.
The Clickit application is used in 17 different markets (Egypt, Philippines, Philippines, Philippines, Philippines, Nigeria, South Africa,...), so it was important for the MAQER team to have the possibility to easily adapt the videos for the various specifications specific to each market. The tutorial projects were therefore designed to be very simply edited from start to finish while respecting industry quality standards (4K definition).
Below is the video tutorial “How to connect to Clickit?” for the Holcim MAQER Clickit application (only available in English).
